Our projects prioritize women, children, youth and the underprivileged in our communities. Our wide range of projects including; legal aid, climate adaptation, mentorship, among others ae geared towards fostering the environment for all to thrive.
We taking part in the process of providing women with the resources, opportunities, and skills needed to participate fully in the economy and achieve financial independence. This empowerment is essential for promoting gender equality and fostering sustainable development.
Here are someof our key projects and strategies related to women's economic empowerment:
1. Equal Employment Opportunities
We advocate for equal access to employment opportunities, eliminating discriminatory practices in hiring, promotion, and salary.
2. Education and Skills Development
We are advocating for investment in the education and skill development programs to enhance women's capabilities and enable them to access a broader range of economic opportunities in formal and informal employment.
3. Access to Financial Resources
We are facilitating women's access to financial services, including credit, savings, and insurance, to empower them to start and grow businesses through establishment of VSLAs, property acquisitions and ownership to be used as security to access credits, etc.
4. Entrepreneurship Support
We provide training, mentoring, and financial support for women entrepreneurs to start and expand their businesses across the borders so that they can benefit from the opportunities existing next to them.
5. Legal and Policy Reforms
We advocate for and implement legal and policy reforms that promote gender equality in the workplace, across the borders, addressing issues such as equal pay and maternity leave.
6. Technology and Innovation
We promote the use of technology to bridge gender gaps, enhance access to information, and create new economic opportunities for women.
7. Work-Life Balance
Through our safe spaces, we promote and implement policies that support work-life balance, such as flexible working hours and affordable childcare, to enable women to participate fully in both work and family life.
8. Networking and Mentorship
Through our networking activities, we are establishing networks and mentorship programs to connect women with experienced professionals who can provide guidance and support in their growth and economic development.

We are constantly collecting and analyzing gender-disaggregated data to identify specific challenges and gaps, allowing for evidence-based policymaking and program development.

We are involving communities in the process of women's economic empowerment, fostering a supportive environment and breaking down barriers to women's participation in the economy.

Collaboration is top of our working style because we know we cannot do it alone. Therefore, we collaborate with international organizations, governments, NGOs, and the private sector to share best practices and coordinate efforts to promote women's economic empowerment globally.
