Zoota Initiative for Development is a young women founded and led, grassroots-driven, youth led social justice Community Based Organisation rooted in the leadership of women, youths, young women, and girls to transform the world for the better. We are a group of young women in rural communities leading the protection of human rights and democracy, gender equality, climate justice, and offering livelihood support and education.

Our Services
We are dedicated to promoting social justice and human rights through a comprehensive range of services designed to empower individuals and communities. We work in rural low-income communities in Arua District in West Nile in Uganda. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are at the centre of our work and for this reason, our clients are adolescent girls and teenage mothers, women, children, marginalised groups, youths, refugees & immigrants, Persons With Disability (PWDs), Persons Living With HIV, the underprivileged, and all vulnerable persons.
